Other private homes to feature on the shortlist include Redcross Way in Southwark, where Sanchez Benton Architects has replaced a crumbling 1980s council house with a new, more sustainable family home and Hebron House, near Shepherd’s Bush, where Paul Archer Design has adapted the Victorian home for modern living by improving its eco-credentials, use of space and placing new emphasis on well-being.
