THOLEN – Thool households threw away an average of 653 kilograms of waste per person in 2023. That is 200 kilograms more than the national average. In particular, the number of discarded glass jars and bottles increased compared to the previous year. This is evident from the preliminary figures of Statistics Finland (CBS).
