As a provider of outsourced HR and employment law support to employers, we deliver a personalised, ongoing support service and are always on-hand to offer advice. Our services include:
- Preparing bespoke correspondence and forms;
- Reviewing employment contracts and handbooks;
- Providing employment law and knowledge updates;
- Organising and delivering seminars and webinars;
- Reporting to and liaising with insurers;
- Overseeing pre-employment claim negotiations between the relevant parties;
- Advising on redundancy programmes; and
- Carrying out stress risk assessments.
With our focus on ED&I, mental health, wellbeing, and neurodiversity, we serve as a close strategic consultant and assist with identifying objectives, achieving leadership and staff engagement, planning, execution, and measurement, all with the aim of enabling progressive organisations to creative a positive environment where people can prosper.
Central to this work are our training courses and coaching for leaders, managers, and their teams. From mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace to discrimination, unconscious bias, and difficult conversations, we strive to unlock potential, boost performance, and enable everyone to be their best and truest selves at work.
