This Tuesday, the Council of Ministers approved the royal decree that regulates the 2026 Youth Cultural Bonus with two new features: trying to make it more accessible to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and expanding a new spending category and allowing its full use for the purchase of musical instruments, artistic material and cultural training. Born four years ago in response to the impact that the pandemic had on the cultural sector, it is a direct aid of 400 euros granted by the Government to young people who turn 18 in the year of the call, intended for the acquisition of cultural products and activities.
