Dinner opened 16 years ago with Ashley Palmer-Watts leading the kitchen, the chef moving from the Fat Duck, Blumenthal’s world-famous three Michelin-star restaurant in Bray, Berkshire, which launched in 1995. Palmer-Watts moved on from Dinner and the Fat Duck Group in 2020 and is now found at The Devonshire, Soho.
