Ticket sales for Noorderzon’s international main program started on Saturday afternoon. Ticket sales take place in stages. Sales of other programs start on July 22. For Noorderzon fans, ticket sales start a day earlier.
Tickets for the 34th edition of the Noorderzon Festival of Performing Arts & Society available. are on sale for the entire international main program, part of the &Society program, and the first two lectures of the &Literature program, the organization reports.
The main international program includes the award-winning circus of Gravity & Other Myths from Australia, an uncompromising comedy show from our ugly side from the US Peter and Julia and a beautiful dance full of critical questions from Yang Zhen/RED Virgo from China.
The &Society program talks to De Mediameiden, Jimmy Dijk, Alette Smeulers and more. De Linkse Mannen Lossen Het Opi’s talk shows are also on sale, with six programs in this edition including housing crisis with guests Jimmy Dijk and Sander van der Kraan, the radical right with Kelly Blauw and Willem Treur and the public broadcaster. Media Girls and Valentina Tóth. Tickets are also available for the lecture series with Studium Generale Groningen and Alette Smeulers on war crimes and the triptych HOOP in collaboration with Platform GRAS.
Fokke & Sukke illustrator Jean-Marc van Tol takes Muschi and Buati and Yvonne Dudock and Nicole Franken to the 18th century to the indigenous peoples with an impressive audiovisual lecture in the &Literature &Literature program.
The 34th edition of Noorderzon takes place from Thursday 22 August to Sunday 1 September in Noorderplantsoen and the center of Groningen.
