Noorderzon has announced the second part of the &Society and Literature program.
Interview series about whether we still have a living planet, art and culture as well as migration and diversity, e.g. With Peter Kuipers Munneke, a discussion about politics in 2024 with Joost Vullings and the best Groningen nonfiction writer Nicole Temmink, the book Karin Sitalsing gives a lecture on her book Blauwestad and you can participate in an artwork about transgender care in collaboration with Pink Cube are new names for &Society and &Literaturia.
Names such as Linkse Mannen, Alette Smeulers, Jean-Marc van Tol and Yvonne Dudock & Nicole Franken were previously announced. The lecture and discussion program is now ready. Ticket sales for these new names start on July 22 at 12:00 via Noorderzon.nl.
The 34th edition of Noorderzon will take place from Thursday 22 August to Sunday 1 September. Noorderplantsoen and several locations in the center of Groningen then form the backdrop for an 11-day expedition in a challenging international, national and local program.
