The Goring restaurant to reopen after ‘Armageddon’ refurbishment

The restaurant will continue to serve a menu of modern British cooking, with dishes including a scallop with pea, lemon verbena and brown butter; and monkfish served with mussels, seaweed, gooseberry and herbs.
