Nic Crilly Hargrave

After nurturing restaurant concepts including Tendril and Darjeeling Express, The Sun & 13 Cantons is now hosting London’s only Cambodian eatery, Mamapen. Helmed by Kaneda Pen, here you’ll find modern, fuss-free takes on his mother’s cooking, such as BBQ pork neck skewers, ‘panko pork toast’ and a vibrant, sour pineapple curry.

Until next Jun. 21 Great Pulteney Street, W1 (sunand13cantons.co.uk)
