Self-styled ray of sleet Jack Dee closed the half with an impeccable pocket-sized packet of whinges. Why, for starters, were we all out on Tuesday night, “one of the seven worst days of the week”. You are never going to see Dee doing star jumps, but his comedy muscles are certainly well-toned.
