Put together by the much-loved Hot Dinners website, and sponsored by Bord Bia, the Irish food board, the past year’s obsession with Guinness seems to have had an impact. New landlords on the list include the Raglan’s Muireach Shankey, while Paul McKenna — who is responsible for the restaurants opening in Guinness’s long-awaited Covent Garden project — also makes the cut, alongside Oisín Rogers, landlord and co-owner of the Devonshire, which is said to pour more pints of the black stuff than anywhere else in Britain.
