The restaurant will also serve curry goat, pumpkin rice, and a roast pineapple and tomato chow, with flavours of lime and chilli. Taylor’s take on a Jamaican pattie, made with saltfish, chicken or callaloo, has won him plaudits in the past, as has his oxtail gravy, endlessly rich. Marvee’s will serve vegan-friendly pineapple punch, as well as peanut punch and carrot juice, while the selection of cocktails already available at UNDR will be on too.
