The Mad Cool line-up already has its programming for days and Nine Inch Nails will be the icing on a cake that already included Alanis Morissette, Iggy Pop, Justice, Kings of Leon, Olivia Rodrigo and Residente. Thus, the legendary American band will lead the next edition of the festival, which will be held from July 10 to 12. This will be the second time that Trent Reznor’s group performs at the Madrid event, after passing through the capital in the 2018 edition. Their concert is part of the world tour that the Cleveland group will carry out in 2025. In addition, they have just confirmed who are working on new material, music that will continue their last two albums: Ghosts V: Together, y Ghosts VI. Locusts.
This year’s edition will also feature Bad Nerves, Geordie Greep, Chloé Callet and Kingfishr. This was announced by the organization this Wednesday at an event in which they also revealed the premiere of Brunch Electronik X Mad Cool, and that this edition will feature, on Sunday the 13th, a day that will be reserved entirely for electronic music.
The musical event has also revealed its poster for days. This edition of Mad Cool will begin on Thursday, July 10 with big names such as Kings of Leon, Gracie Abrams, Iggy Pop and Weezer, among others. On Friday, July 11, it will be led by the aforementioned Nine Inch Nails as well as Noah Kahan, Alanis Morissette and Benson Boone, while on Saturday, July 12, Olivia Rodrigo, Justice, Arde Bogotá and Thirty Seconds to Mars will headline the line-up of the festival.
The Spanish Arde Bogotá, Alcalá Norte and Natalia Lacunza are also part of a lineup that includes Bloc Party, Glass Animals, Foster the People, Future Islands, Kaiser Chiefs and The Blessed Madonna. For the third consecutive year, Mad Cool will take place at the Iberdrola Music venue, a space located in Villaverde, south of Madrid.
General ticket sales for Mad Cool 2025 will begin on Monday, January 27 at 11 a.m. at www.madcooltickets.com. The day ticket can be purchased from 89 euros plus fees, and the VIP ticket from 155 euros plus fees.
