Pianist Patrick Hopper continues his series on Beethoven’s work and life on Friday at 20:00 at the Santpoort-Noord ‘t Mosterdzaadje concert hall.

The program includes two sonatas in the same key, which differ in age by almost a quarter of a century: the famous Sonata ‘Pathétique’ op. 13 and Beethoven’s last piano sonata op. 111. In between he plays the Sonata in F-sharp op. 78.

Sunday afternoon at 3pm is reserved for The Klezmer Society with their new program “Dos Klezmer Shifl”. During its 10-year existence, the band achieved great success on concert stages in Finland and abroad. Accordionist and singer Elianne van Ee sings several beautiful Yiddish songs.

The title track “Dos Klezmer Shifl” is a piece composed by all the band members. The door is open half an hour before the start. Admission is free, pick-up afterwards with instructions is 10 euros. ‘t Mosterdzaadje is located at Kerkweg 29, Santpoort-Noord.
