Lineker founded GCGL Properties Ltd in 2020 with his friend, builder George Constand. The property company bought a four-bedroom bungalow in Couldson, south London, for £630,000 in 2023 and, after a series of rejections and despite strong local opposition, planning permission has now been granted to build two four-bedroom semi-detached houses on the plot.
