The Hanze Digital Society Hub (DSH) looks back on the successful academic year 2023-2024, when more than 1,100 students from 34 different courses worked on digitization tasks together with companies and governments.

Hanze DSH connects university of applied sciences students, teachers and researchers to the professional field. It is also a place where many informational events are organized every year. Hanze DSH also cooperates with the University of Noorderpoort and Groningen under the banner of the University of the North.

Roland Hiemstra, program director Hanze DSH: “The social mission of our learning community is “digital transformation”. We turn this into concrete solutions for companies and governments in the Northern Netherlands. Students get interesting and challenging assignments and companies get immediate help.”
