Eric Clapton (Ripley, 1945) will perform again in Spain after 20 years. At the age of 80, the English musician will give two concerts in Madrid and Barcelona. The first will be on May 7, 2026 at the Movistar Arena in Madrid and the second on May 10 at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona. The last time Clapton played in Spain was at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, in March 2004 and he was 59 years old.
Ticket pre-sale began on October 20 on Live Nation, and sales begin on Wednesday, October 22 at 10 a.m. on Livenation.es, Ticketmaster and El Corte Inglés. The waiting room opens 15 minutes before and there are tickets that are put on sale in a dynamic price mode, adjusted depending on the supply and demand of the event. These tickets do not include any additional services or benefits like VIP package tickets do.
Clapton is one of the most famous guitarists that exist due to his deep roots bluesed. He performed these skills in legendary bands such as Cream, John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, Yardbirds or in his successful solo career., in which the song stands out Tears in heavendedicated to the death of his son Conor, who fell from a 53rd floor in New York at the age of four in 1991.
