  • From 6 to 8 years: From 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • From 9 to 12 years old: From 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Hello! I’m María Lechuga, an illustrator and creativity teacher for children.

Since 2020, I have enjoyed teaching drawing and painting workshops for children with artistic interests. I believe in play and art as a vehicle to develop our creativity, curiosity and interest in our environment and I try to transmit this to my students through artistic practice.

What will we learn during the course?

During the course we will work on different artistic disciplines and their relationship with the plastic arts, such as sculpture, photography, cinema, literature and music.

Through experimentation and the discovery of new artistic techniques, we will learn to express and regulate our emotions, unlock our fear of failure and learn to solve problems in a creative way.

Who is the course aimed at?

The course is aimed at the primary education stage (6-12 years) and classes are held from October to June, both inclusive, in sessions of 1 hour per week. Each group is organized according to age (group 1 from 6 to 8 years; group 2 from 9 to 12 years), with a maximum of 10 students per class.

The project aims to create a safe space of freedom and respect where each child can express themselves without fear, share their interests and hobbies, create healthy bonds of friendship and feel part of a group.

The materials, utensils and supports that we will use in each session are included in the monthly price of the classes.
