The mixed used development now going up on the site will have 113 one-to-three-bedroom apartments, a 16-seat cinema room, a fitness and wellness studio, a sky bar, 24-hour concierge service, viewing platform, a roof top garden with steam and sauna pods and a club room. There will also be ”retail pods” for cafes and shops as part of the scheme.
