The 47by Marcel Barren, with 14 nominations and The infiltrator, of Arantxa Echevarría, with 13, are the big favorites for the Goya 2025. The next roomby Pedro Almodóvar, received 10 nominations, including Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay, but was left out of the Best Film category.

This year the nominations have been announced in the same city where the awards will be held on February 8, 2025: Granada. The Exhibition and Congress Palace of the Andalusian city will host the 39th edition of the Goya, following the tradition of recent years of its status as a traveling ceremony.
