The actor Manuel Zarzo, artistically known as Manolo Zarzo, has died Monday night in the Madrid town of Pozuelo de Alarcón at age 93, his family’s sources have informed Efe. He was born on April 26, 1932 in Madrid. From a young age he started in the entertainment world forming a couple with his sister Josefa, making himself known as The Zarzo brothers. He participated in different street theater companies until in 1951 he debuted in the cinema with the film Day after day. From 1957 he managed to settle his audiovisual career that culminated in a five decades trajectory in which he worked in more than 170 films.
