This Thursday, Victoriano del Río’s bulls starred in a third San Fermín run in a time of two minutes and 23 seconds, a fast running of the bulls with many falls. The bulls, who returned to the Sanfermines for the fifteenth year, have left eight injured, including one by horn, according to the first provisional report from the Red Cross.
If the Cebada Gago that did it yesterday – and left the first bull horn wound of the year – are known for their danger, those from Guadalix de la Sierra are animals with a very good reputation for their nobility, their knowledge of the environment and their speed. Last year they completed the route in a time of 2 minutes and 19 seconds, leaving seven waiters bruised and no bull horn injuries.
In the afternoon they will star in one of the great posters of the fair and will be fought by Andrés Roca Rey, Alejandro Talavante and David De Miranda.
