The Mexican bullfighter Joselito Adame (Aguascalientes, 36 years old) has decided to put an end to his career as a bullfighter this afternoon in the Plaza de Huesca, where he will make the Paseíllo next to Roca Rey and Tomás to deal with a run of the livestock of El Pilar.
This has announced it in a public note in which he points out that, although it has been a very difficult decision, he has “the need to stop, to leave the bullfighter at the moment to give the man’s center.”
Adame adds that “a privileged and proud human being of being a bullfighter” is considered after dedicating his life to the profession for 26 years “in an intense and uninterrupted way”, and that he has faced “with absolute delivery, commitment and respect.”
“Today is one of the most important and determining of my life,” continues the Mexican right -hander. “From that distant October 10, 2000, with only 11 years of age, day I dressed for the first time, I never imagined that this moment would come.”
The moment is today, in the 606 run of his career, which coincides with the Huesca basil fair.
Adame does not explain whether he will say goodbye to his country’s fans, and it is limited to pointing out that “time, calm and a different perspective to face this new way of life will mark” their decisions, “both personally and in the professional.”
