Having been part of the band’s lineup from 1970, alongside drummer Mick Fleetwood, bassist John McVie (married to Christine from 1968 to 1976), singer Stevie Nicks and guitarist Lindsey Buckingham, McVie wrote “Songbird” (reportedly in just half an hour) and “Don’t Stop”.
