The law society has requested a “significant change in the organization” in the Solicitors regulatory authority after the resignation of Paul Philip, CEO of the regulatory authority.
Ian Jeffery, CEO of the Legal Association, said that it was published later this year in Philip’s departure this year that it “will be critical of SRA’s history”.
