Lancaster-Tab’s visit to Lancaster University Politics Society (LUPS) offered laughter, thought-provoking conversation, and even parliamentary pandemonium
The Lancaster University Politics Society debate was accompanied by decentralized Rants and occasional intellectual views. Suitably (and unfortunately) reflects our heroic officials in Westminster.
Our visit was asked: “Is weak democracy worse than human dictatorship?”, Which was nice and light on a cold and wet Thursday night.
Before the meeting began, it was amazing to see the lack of partisan boundaries. Individuals from all over the political spectrum had all practiced pre -treatment of political events and the latest recognition in Alllanc.

Recently, the flagship event has been a “tips in questioning time”, with the usual BBC One program repeating, and the amount of proper alcohol that makes some inconsistent political debate somewhat tolerable.
Newer events include Pub Golf Social, a part of the parties, where the score receives certain drinks in certain places.
Upcoming events include the long -awaited policy ball in the summer season. Yes, politics can now finally be unofficially and inappropriate to discuss comfortable clothes at the table, with alcohol! Sounds like a gathering of Christmas families.

Meetings will be held every Thursday at 6:30 pm and will be held at the Management School, Lecture Theater 8.
