The notice issued by the Vijay Sadan Society referred to the current political scenario and urged the residents to vote as much as possible.
The Maharashtra assembly polls ended some time ago with the swearing-in ceremony of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. But it seems that the election fever is still on and it is being implemented by Nasik Housing Society. In the latest case, the housing company’s election board has published a notice to its residents about the upcoming elections.
At the financial elections, an authoritative committee is elected, which takes responsibility for the society for the next three years.
The notice issued by the Vijay Sadan Society referred to the current political scenario and urged the residents to vote as much as possible. It also appealed to citizens to maintain faith in the voting system and not raise issues like “opposition”.
“After the elections in Maharashtra, it’s time for our society’s elections. We hope that you will continue to vote. In these elections, the committee group that will take the responsibility of the society for the next 3 years will be chosen. So every vote matters!” reads.
The announcement was shared in the publication
The elections are scheduled for December 15, and residents can hand over their franchises between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the club’s office.
No wonder the social media community was amused to witness such an event. One user said, “Opposition party of India is very promising now people are also showing their example…” Another added, “Are you still voting here through EVM?” Someone also remarked, “Bahi ase English or Hindi ki ase tasi kardi me bhi.”
