Noorderzon Festival has announced part of the music program. These are free concerts on Apollo’s large outdoor stage.
American singer Dylan LeBlanc, Ghanaian singer Florence Adooni, English singer Joel Culpepper and the bands Nubian Twist (Great Britain), Pachyman (USA) and Soda Blonde (Ireland) are scheduled to perform. Rapper ELMER, singer Cindy and the band Yin Yin come from their own country.
In addition to Apollo’s concerts, an extensive music program is also offered in three other locations in Noorderplantsoen; most of it is freely available. The Noorderzon Festival of Performing Arts & Society takes place from 22 August to 1 September.
