This workshop is specially designed for Those who have a predilection for design and fashion. It is a unique workshop in a unique location. In the workshops we like to offer students the opportunity to learn from someone who is not only spectacularly trained in their specific professional field, but also (and this seems to us to be the most important thing) has the knowledge and courage to put this knowledge into practice, creating their own brand and working in the field.

– This workshop is aimed at creative and multidisciplinary profiles who seek to experiment and be innovative in the artistic and audiovisual fields. Learning and discovering in depth what the world of art direction consists of is the main objective of this workshop.
Maria Ramirez Mariaramirez is an art director and print designer based in Madrid. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid and currently combines her professional career with her textile brand Mariaramirez. She has shown her work, giving lectures and specialized workshops for different institutions such as the Complutense University, the Istituto Europeo di Design (Madrid), La Casa Encendida (Madrid), Escuela de Diseño Barreira (Valencia) or the Instituto Cervantes (Stockholm). Her work has been featured in important national and international media, including AD Magazine, Diseño Interior, Metal Magazine, Neo2 Magazine, Vein Magazine, La Vanguardia and several editions of ICON El País and Vogue.
Moments It is a unique opportunity to discover, without taboos, the history of different contemporary and popular urban cultures, which were born thanks to philosophy. Do it yourself (do it yourself), so deeply rooted in different subcultures such as punk rock, skate, surf, graffiti, jazz, or flamenco… Through design, graphics, music, film, photography, fashion, history, muralism, documentation, literature, crafts… we can see the irreversible and definitive change in the conception of culture and art with a capital C. As Juanjo Fuentes, director of the Moments Festival, explains, this event “It embraces an audience free from stereotypes and prejudices and offers a unique opportunity to discover incredible works and see that modernity and tradition are not incompatible, quite the opposite.”. In addition, this festival seeks and succeeds in “spreading proposals, projects, stories and people, linked to underground already the philosophy do it yourselfwhich usually have little place in the cultural and educational centres of our territory and which are one hundred percent authentic and fascinating.”
