This handsome, wisteria-covered pub is worth a visit whatever the weather, with a series of small, connected rooms inside, and a country-pub feel. The food is good, the beer’s well-kept and there’s a cocktail list that’s half-decent, too. Out the front is a small strip of outside seating, that often gets the waning evening sun and quickly fills up.
