Noorderzon Festival announced the first part of the music program on Thursday. These are free concerts on Apollo’s large outdoor stage.
Ghanaian singer Florence Adooni, English singer Joel Culpepper, American singer Dylan LeBlanc and the bands Nubian Twist (UK), Pachyman (USA) and Soda Blonde (Ireland) will perform in August. Rapper ELMER, singer Cindy, band Yin Yin and De Baron come from Holland. Angels of Libra & Nathan Johnston are also on the show.
Admission to these concerts is free.
In addition to Apollo’s concerts, there is also an extensive music program in three other locations in Noorderplantsoen. Most of this is freely available.
The 34th Noorderzon Festival of Performing Arts & Society takes place from August 22 to September 1.
