Corrochio’s: Mexican restaurant to quadruple in size

New menus will include speciality dishes from across Mexico, including bar food and brunches. On the way are enchiladas from Puebla, huaraches from Mexico City, and tostadas, which originated in Oaxaca. Bar snacks will range from tacos to fries to “torta”, a Mexican sandwich made with soft bread, this one made from a traditional Mexican bakery called Sweet Nibble in South London.
